I got the call for the survey but never got to give my feedback. My husband was sent this survey even though he was not a part of the event. Now I can give my feedback. If the lady stayed on the phone long enough, I would have said I was very disappointed that the price was higher than quoted. I was prepared to pay the price plus tax as quoted but then found there was an additional Covid charge. Please be honest next time since some people live on a tight budget. Also, on drop off of the keys, get the contact number. My husband was called while I went to the restroom! More

Another great experience with Matt Burne Honda. I had a couple of minor problems and questions and Mike G and Egon B took care of it no hassle to me.
