Very good. I had an event that needed to be resolved before a planned business trip. On the same day of my request they managed to get me in resolve the problem and get me on my way before the mid afte before a planned business trip. I had a 930 appointment—-I drove by at 2—my car was still in the same spot—why 930? Timeliness equals consideration! I called at 3 and was told it would be ready in another hour. I had a light on and it was hooked up to the computer—-$100 later—-nothing was found to be wrong. I now recall why I stopped using your service department, and I will continue to avoid returning. I have been considering trading in my Odyssey for a Pilot, but I think I will look elsewhere! More
