I made an appointment for 9am. When I got there they asked me what time I was going to pick the car up. What’s the point of an appointment? My car ended up not being touched for almost an hour. I purchased this car certified from this dealer. A certified Honda is supposed to give me two free oil changes. The service adviser made it a point to explain to me 3 times that he was doing me a favor, because the 2 free oil changes expired after 1 year or 12,000 miles. These cars go almost 10,000 miles between oil changes . Why would it expire after 12,000 miles. I ended up paying over $100 for nothing but an inspection sticker. The icing on the cake was, 2 miles from the dealership my low tire light came on. When I got home, all 4 tires had 26 pounds of air in them. They let air out of my tires!!!! This place is a joke and a rip off Oh and the other service advisor never picked his head up from his phone More
Been having trouble with MY WIFE'S 2016 Accord,and here's the issue. Darling Daughter got a new IPHONE for Christmas, gave Mom her old IPhone and I GOT MOM's old IPhone. All work fine in our 2018 and 2019 the issue. Darling Daughter got a new IPHONE for Christmas, gave Mom her old IPhone and I GOT MOM's old IPhone. All work fine in our 2018 and 2019 Civics but we are STILL having problems in the Accord. The IPhone is causing the radio controls to FREEZE UP and NOT FUNCTION! Egon had me bring it in, cause Darling Daughter figured it might need an UPDATE but that didn't work. The PHONE function will work with no issues, but if you are using music, Ways, etc the phone seems to lock up the radio controls forcing you to unplug, restart the car and only use the phone and nothing else. You can't even turn the radio power off. I haven't had the chance to talk to Egon and the guys because of the holidays, and I will be taking it in for 4 tires, oil change, cabin filter change, etc. I figure they have time to research the issue. I read on line that there's an arguement between Apple and Honda over who creates the patch to fix the issue. Right now, I have a 2016 Accord that isn't doing what it should and IT'S MY WIFE'S CAR!! I think I mentioned that. No worries! I know Egon and the Guys will do their best and try like xxxx to make it right!! More
