I inquired about another issue aside from the recall when I was there and it came across to me that they didn't want to have the task of figuring it out. I asked for a loaner vehicle and they said they didn' I was there and it came across to me that they didn't want to have the task of figuring it out. I asked for a loaner vehicle and they said they didn't do loaners, yet when I picked up my car a lady was there dropping keys off for a loaner.
