I don't like dealerships, but this one is ok. We found a used vehicle online at this dealership but we live two hours away. The salesman for the day we made the purchase (Joe) was patient and very friendly. Not the stereotypical golf shirt slick shark. This wasn't a very expensive purchase but they treated us like it was. Worst experience ever Sold me a certified-used Civic that had body damage/bad re-paint job that was never disclosed. Had mechanical issues within 3 days of driving off the lot beginning of January. It is now July and still going around with the dealership. Have spent a great deal of time making phone calls, leaving messages, etc... no one ever gets back to you unless you use their online contact form to complain. Drove 2 hours round-trip and spent over 2 hours waiting for my car to be serviced only to have it drive even worse after I left. This dealership has horrible customer service, they are dishonest scam-artists that sell known lemons and then give you the run-around for months on end about fixing the problems in the hopes that you will just give-up and go away. Stay away from this dealer at all costs!!! More
