Needed new steering wheel module. My Honda Crosstour was in for this problem twice in 3 days. I waited 10 days for the first appointment to be told nothing was wrong. My car was return My Honda Crosstour was in for this problem twice in 3 days. I waited 10 days for the first appointment to be told nothing was wrong. My car was returned to me without the cover plate reattached under the glove box. Less then 2 days later I had to have it towed for the same issue and was stranded in I-81. Both times I had to call to inquire about the status of the vehicle. I feel I should have been told and updated as to the progress of the work being done. More

Great service! Had a few regular maintenance things done. Made appointment, car was done in good time considering all the work I requested. Knowledgeable staff I wanted to try a Honda out for next car. I could have gone to a couple places closer but read the reviews for Matt Burne Honda and decided to trave I wanted to try a Honda out for next car. I could have gone to a couple places closer but read the reviews for Matt Burne Honda and decided to travel a little ways. I'm glad we did. I told Matt exactly what I was looking for and before you know it we were test driving the car. Right in to do paperwork. I give them credit-they got real busy and things got done quickly. Kevin handled financial end and warranties, excellent job. Great experience. You guys have great sense of humor too made it fun!! Great inventory too! More
