Great experience I had a wonderful experience with everyone I worked with to buy my CR-V. I told salesman Tom Duffy to sell me a vehicle, and he really did, explaining I had a wonderful experience with everyone I worked with to buy my CR-V. Tom Carey was very attentive, and worked with me to get to a price with which I was comfortable. And Kevin Moylan did a bang-up job setting up my financing. All 3 were pleasant and professional. Customer Service I was looking online to purchase a Honda and Lori Trygar was the one who was emailing me back and forth. She responded swiftly and made the process go I was looking online to purchase a Honda and Lori Trygar was the one who was emailing me back and forth. She responded swiftly and made the process go by quicker than I anticipated. She emailed me right away for a test drive for the next day and was flexible with the time to come in which was a blessing. She is very kind and was super helpful with providing necessary information. I stopped into the Honda Delaership in Scranton not looking to buy or lease, just to test drive. Unfortunately, Lisa wasn’t there at the time, but Dave Conway introduced himself and took care of me right away. Dave was so charasmatic that I happened to walk out of there holding the keys to a new Civic. He knew all of the answers to my questions, was kind, patient, and a big help in the car buying/leasing process. I would reccommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a Honda and I’m very happy with how smoothly and quickly everything went. Dave goes above and beyond and he is the reason I ended up leaving in a different car than I came in. More
