This is my 3rd Honda in a row from Burne. I've gone to Guy Palmer all three times. 2003, 2011, 2021. No pressure at all. My recent purchase of the 2021 CRV Touring is perhaps the 6th Honda which I purchased from Burne Honda. The entire staff of sales representatives are top notch. Tom Duffy has sold me most of the vehicles and 6th Honda which I purchased from Burne Honda. The entire staff of sales representatives are top notch. Tom Duffy has sold me most of the vehicles and I consider him an excellent sales person who has given me fair trade-ins in deals. He has always explained all the vehicles features and taken the time to show how new technical features work best. Tom knows that I'll ask for him in 2024. Kevin always ensures that the paperwork on the trade and sale flows smoothly and expeditiously. The Service provided is beyond compare. They treat me as if I were a member of their family and have kept my vehicles both safe and a pleasure to drive. We know each other by name, and have always enjoyed friendly banter. BOTTOM LINE: Kudos to them all! More
