When I called to check on my vehicle he was very rude. He didn’t even know my name or what vehicle was mine and told me it wasn’t done. When I mentioned that he then asked my name and said we’ll call you and didn’t even know my name or what vehicle was mine and told me it wasn’t done. When I mentioned that he then asked my name and said we’ll call you and hung up. When he called back to let me know it was done and expressed my concerns he kind of blew me off and told me that’s the way that vehicle is I have one and it takes 20min to heat up. That shouldn’t be the case. More

I give 4.5 stars. The test drive and sales process was easy and stress free. I take a half star away because I had an appointment time to finalize paperwork and pick up the car. Once I got there, I was 3r easy and stress free. I take a half star away because I had an appointment time to finalize paperwork and pick up the car. Once I got there, I was 3rd in line to see the finance guy to finish the deal. I waited for almost 1.5 hours just to get into the seat. Once in the office it took literally 10 minutes and I was on my way. I dont know if the wait was due to covid staff shortages or just a very busy day, but being 1.5 hours late on a scheduled appointment was a bit disappointing. But otherwise it was a great experience. More
