My experience was quick and easy. The only thing I would have preferred was last time they cleaned my car and made it smell night when I had oil changed and tires rotated. This time wasn't cleaned, not mats on floors and some finger prints of grease on my hood. I'm not complaining at all. But I look forward to the fresh look after picking it up ?? More
