I was very disappointed in the time it took to discover just a blown three dollar fuse. The labor cost $145 even though when purchasing this vehicle I spent thousands and I extended warranty written on the just a blown three dollar fuse. They stated that they corrected the problem, one of the things was rerouting the problem wire if you call rerouting letting the wire dangle over the rearview mirror that is a poor solution. I would be happy to send you photos of that fix. Also, I wish the service personnel paid attention to his dirty hands when opening and closing the interior of the door I would never release that car to the customer with that mess on the interior of the door I have purchased all my cars from Bernie Honda since 1985 till 2020 Tom Carey Really screwed up when I turned in my car when purchasing the 2020, the general manager who was made aware of the screwup did not even call me to acknowledge the issue. Needless to say, I will never purchase another car from Matt Bernie Honda. More
