I took my car there for a specific complaint. It took them 4 hours to start the inspection of my car and then they wanted to charge me close to $700 for a repair that I ultimately had done elsewh It took them 4 hours to start the inspection of my car and then they wanted to charge me close to $700 for a repair that I ultimately had done elsewhere for ~$200. There were no refreshments available and the staff weren’t very friendly. Lastly they didn’t drive my car through the car wash which has been standard at every other Nissan dealership I’ve had my car serviced at (especially since their diagnostic fee is $180, the least they could include in that price is a car wash) More

I made an appointment on Monday at noon. My appointment was set for 4:00 pm. I was completely finished at 5:30. I had an oil change, new filters, fluids changed and tire rotation.
