We had our 2015 Murano in for an oil change and tire rotation. We did get a text that informed us of some other issues that we may need taken care of when it was in for the above mentioned services. I d rotation. We did get a text that informed us of some other issues that we may need taken care of when it was in for the above mentioned services. I declined all of the suggested services. I then signed a form online agreeing to the oil change, tire rotation and plug for a leaking tire. (Which we requested be looked when the tires were already off for rotation). I was initially quoted 60.00 for this plug so I declined that because I thought this a little high for that service. The final charges included 30.00 for the tire repair so I didn’t dispute that. My final charge was 127.96. When my husband went to pick the car up he was told the bill was over 300.00. When questioning why this was so much more, he was told our battery was leaking and it was replaced with a new battery. After disputing this, eventually he was told this was a mistake and that the battery was not replaced. What if this had been a person not familiar with cars and had not questioned the “replacement of the battery”?!?!!! We should not have to tell the dealership that we did not approve a request for replacement of a battery and therefore would not pay an extra 170.00 plus. We will no longer be using your dealership for service. I purchased my 2020 Armada from Ray Brandt and my experience that that was perfect. It’s a shame that I will no longer use them for service as my Armada will be under warranty for at least 24,000 miles. More
