I’ve never experience such horrible customer service in my life all just to make a sale. I brought my vehicle to you guys because my engine light and two service warnings pop up on my car. You charge me 15 my life all just to make a sale. I brought my vehicle to you guys because my engine light and two service warnings pop up on my car. You charge me 150 to do a diagnostic, then after all that you come back to tell me my battery has failed and I need a new air filter, granted the air filter I did, On top of you wasn’t even sure if the battery and changing the air filter would fix the issue. Per the manager drive it to the 5000 miles and if the sensor warning is still on then it’s the sensor. Just stupid. but lie and say my battery has failed when you really didn’t run a code reader on it just trying to make a $535.00 sale. on a battery that you guys didn’t have in stock another dealership had it and they wasn’t able to get it to you guys till Monday but your manager was so eager to make a sale so he was willing to send someone to get it because his exact words was he hope my car make it to Monday. Well guess what my car will make it to Monday because it’s been checks 3 times and nothing was wrong with my battery. Actually Came back GOOD BATTERY! so better luck next time. For me to have a 2020 vehicle for almost two years I’ve spent out tons of money getting it fix. And it doesn’t even make sense, I will never buy another car from you guys. Nissan cars are not good in my opinion and you guys can have it back if you want. But I will not do service with you guys any longer. Kudos to who does but you will not have my money. More
Very helpful staff, a technician forgot to plug in the wipers after a recall was performed, upon my return they found and fixed the problem in less than five minutes.
