We went in for oil change and maintenance checks and spent $1926, had to have our car towed back to dealership 2 times, had to have extensive work done on brakes after dealership 'flushed brake lines.' spent $1926, had to have our car towed back to dealership 2 times, had to have extensive work done on brakes after dealership 'flushed brake lines.' Cost is that was over $3400 (extended warranty paid for that). But they have our car out of service for 15 days. Was promised return phone calls with updates from dealership manager and service manager. As this went on from December 14-29th, both left early. I was not notified of the vehicle being ready for pick up I called 1 hour 15 minutes before they closed. By the time I found out the car was ready, it was approximately 1 hour before they closed. I live a 20 minute drive from them - NOT DURING HOLIDAY TRAFFIC! I arrived at the dealership 5 minutes before they closed. Then they tried to overcharge me $85 over the deductible on my extended warranty. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN! More
