Hi Mr. Byler, This is Kim Cox, and I am the Owner Loyalty Manager for Ray Brandt Nissan of South MS. I wanted to thank you for your feedback, and apologize for the misunderstanding that happened while you were here. During the course of a vehicle purchase, even with a pre-approval from a bank, there is certain identifying information that the bank requires. It helps in establishing the customers' identity and it allows the "pre-approval" to move forward to an approval. If the customer refuses to give us that information, we can absolutely not move forward with financing. I sincerely apologize that this was the case in your situation. After speaking with the managers and Jeannie, it seems you were looking at a Nissan Altima SR and we were very close to accommodating you. I truly apologize that we could not come to a mutually beneficial agreement. We are very happy that you found a Kia Optimal S in your price range that you love. There is a roughly $3,000 price difference between the Kia Optima S and the Nissan Altima SR, as the SR comes with many features that the S does not have. Again, we apologize that we could not earn your business, and we apologize that you felt that Josh dismissed you. It is always our goal that everyone involved feels respected and valued during our sales process.
