We had just left another service shop who has found the issue simply by driving vehicle in his parking lot, then put on a lift and ran it. That company mechanic found that the sound came from rear drive s issue simply by driving vehicle in his parking lot, then put on a lift and ran it. That company mechanic found that the sound came from rear drive shaft. They were kind enough to not charge us. We picked vehicle up and took to Nissan for warranty repair and that’s when the FUN started….. First, the Service Adjustor is unknowledgeable, completely disconnected from her customers, and definitely doesn’t know how to use a phone to return the customer’s phone call. As for the service mechanic, he doesn’t know how to turn a radio off so that he can listen for a noise especially when all the information regarding the location is given. Had to force a drive with to get him and the service manager to actually duplicate the sound before exiting the bay area. The service department wants to do every possible to make repairs whether necessary or not rather than doing their job to duplicate an issue or diagnose what you asked especially when all the information was given. Can’t just drive a vehicle with the radio on to find a noise. How ignorant!!! More

It was a nice place the people were very friendly but not to negotiable with a cash offer!
