First let me preface this by saying I’ve purchased 5 Infiniti’s from Sewell Infiniti Dallas. I’ve recently transferred back home to New Orleans, having live the last 33 years in Texas. I bought my new Q-70 in for an oil change today. In the business world, first impressions goes a long way. When you drive into Sewell, it’s thru a 4 lane covered indoor drive area. Ray Brandt Infiniti has a little gas station style kiosk, when I saw that, I knew I was in for a long day. In Dallas, the service reps are there when you step out of the door. Ray Brandt you have to fine a place to park your vehicle, then go inside and find a service rep. In Louisiana, piss poor customer service seems to be the norm. The waiting room at Sewell, first class all the way, Ray Brandt, I’ve seen better service areas at the I-Hop. My Lord, I wish people here could see how it’s done right, I’ve been advised 2 hours for an oil change More to follow........ More
