Horrible service I brought my car there on October 18th and 11 am. I had to constantly call them just find out at 5 pm that my car wouldn’t be ready til the next day. So i had to find a ride all the way back home, then back the next day! It really upset me because instead of telling me that it would be ready by the end of the day, they should have told me that they were busy and it was a very low chance of me getting my car that day! Long wait I had an 11am appointment for an oil change and general inspection. I was greeted promptly by the service advisor at 11am. After being checked in he I had an 11am appointment for an oil change and general inspection. I was greeted promptly by the service advisor at 11am. After being checked in he told me that I would probably have to wait about 2 hours for the work to be done. I simply don't understand if I was given a specific appointment time why the wait was going to be so long. In actuality the wait was only 1 hour and 40 minutes but still way to long for a customer who had actually scheduled an appointment versus driving up off the street. I would say that I would use this dealer again for service where an Infiniti trained / certified mechanic is needed, but for general maintenance - not so much. More
