According to our records, you came in on a Friday without an appointment, and we were more than happy to accommodate you, even though our technicians already had a very busy scheduled. Our service advisor mentioned that you could leave the vehicle with us and we would diagnosis your vehicle, as soon as we could. Unfortunately, we did not have your vehicle completed until the next day, which was Saturday. The service advisor, Mr. Webre, contacted you to inform you the car was ready and apologized for the delay. Before you left that day, you scheduled another appointment to return to dealership. Thank you for taking the time to review us. We always aim to provide our customers with a prompt, yet rigorous check-up of their vehicle. Often times, we are more busy than other days and we must attend our customers by appointments and order of arrival. We always try to make sure to get you out of there as soon as possible, but we do make the waiting fun with lots of donuts, Starbucks coffee and TV/Wifi. In addition, when it comes to general inspections, our technicians need time to evaluate the vehicle and make sure everything is up to industry standards, which takes time.
