Typical, Superb Service Visit For many years I have had Ryan Webre as my service assistant. He sets everything up for me, arranges for my loaner car, communicates with me as they For many years I have had Ryan Webre as my service assistant. He sets everything up for me, arranges for my loaner car, communicates with me as they work on the vehicle, and makes everything go flawlessly. After the sale (and my SUV is a 2013), you lose touch with the Salesperson (Victoria), but you stay in constant touch with service. Ryan is the major factor influencing me to buy a new QX60 (once Infiniti adds Apple Car Play and a head-up display). His fantastic way of dealing with me creates a warm and welcoming impression for this Infiniti dealership. And, by way of example of what a strong service environment means, before buying the 2013 JX35, we had two different model years of the Acura MDX. Their service department became so awful that in 2013 when we shopped for a new SUV, we did not consider the MDX. I look forward to relying upon Ryan after our next purchase, assuming Infiniti adds the features we seek to the QX60. Thank you. Howard Shapiro More

Was up in Shreveport, LA on I-49 and had a blow out. AAA helped me change the tire while David contacted the dealer in Shreveport. With this teamwork, there was a tire waiting for me and it was one of the quickest pit stops ever. Brought the tire back to Metairie for inspection and David made sure that the appropriate crediting took place. These folks do this because its the right thing to do and live by the "Do unto others....." mantra. Need to clone these folks. More

I spoke to my service rep and asked that they tell the mechanics to wash their hands before getting into vehicles. While I had been waiting for an hour and a half for my car to be serviced, my husband called and said he had gotten a text from the dealership. They wanted to know if I wanted my tires rotated and wiper blades changed. I told the service person I would wait for my car, but I am puzzled why they had contacted my husband by text and they did not come to me in the waiting area. I went to the service rep and told him I just wanted by oil changed. After waiting two hours he came and said my car was done. The car I am driving is my third Infiniti, but the visit for this service is the worst. Has Infinite changed how their service department operates? More
