PATHETIC SERVICE I waited while having a fog light put in and a new tire put on, in addition to routine maintenance checks, from 9 AM until 1:40 PM, Friday. I would h I waited while having a fog light put in and a new tire put on, in addition to routine maintenance checks, from 9 AM until 1:40 PM, Friday. I would have no problem with that amount of time, if they hadn't just left me waiting. Had I not inquired if my car was ready, I may have waited until they closed. No one came and told me my car was finished!!! When I was told to go ask the cashier, she had already filed my paperwork. I was so annoyed, I forgot to mention the 10% off any service coupon I had. When I called back the next day and talked to Tim about the whole ordeal, he said he thought he told me my car was ready! I mentioned, I would like to be reimbursed for the 10% coupon, and sent it to his cell. He said it was too late to be reimbursed so I asked if I should speak to the manager. At that point he volunteered to ask him for me and assured me that he would call me back. Our conversation was on Saturday morning and Monday has passed and I still haven't heard back from anyone. I used to tell everyone how awesome Ray Brandt Infiniti is. Guess I will be singing a different tune. More

Maintenance was finished early! I had an appointment for a 10.000 check up... got a loaner and my car was ready mid day. Very happy. Tim in Service is a real asset.
