Never a smooth interaction. Made an appointment for check engine light and traction control light on. Explained I needed a loaner if leaving car was necessary, operator said that Made an appointment for check engine light and traction control light on. Explained I needed a loaner if leaving car was necessary, operator said that wasn’t a problem. Got to service line, no appointment set, no loaner ready or available. Was told to wait just a few minutes and they would let me know just what code was that caused lights and go from there. Heard nothing for over an hour. Explained that I had to be a work that was an hour away from dealership. Service writer said no problem he would go and get car. Hour later still waiting no word on what or anything going on. Ended up being late for work and not able to assess the noise complaint and no loaner vehicle. Was my 4th time bringing car into dealer for complaints. This time was check engine lights added to list. More
