Terrible Customer Service When I arrived, no one greeted me so I went to the customer information desk. The woman said just go back to the offices and find someone who isn't wi When I arrived, no one greeted me so I went to the customer information desk. The woman said just go back to the offices and find someone who isn't with another customer. I went back to the offices and looked around and waited until a customer left the office of one rep. I leaned into the office to ask if the rep was available and he visibly rolled his eyes and sighed and said come in. Then another rep walked by his office door and they visibly bickered with each other in front of me about me. It was extremely uncomfortable. Then the rep was very terse and impatient while taking my information. Horrible experience. More
