Drop off was easy. 8 am spot. I was scheduled to meet with Javier as I have worked with him before, but another associate met me outside. I’m assuming due to coronavirus changes. I was messaged that day about some maintenance that was due, most of which I accepted. This was done timely. I was called by associate that afternoon to say my car would be ready that afternoon. I stated I would pick up the next morning. When dropped off next AM, the cashier did not find that my car was ready. No paperwork or keys were found and my car was not outside ready for pickup. The associate that helped me the day before was off, so another associate said he would get my car. This took time which was frustrating because I had work appointments scheduled. When car was returned, immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned or vacuumed. Bird xxxxxxxxx on hood. Again not sure if related to coronavirus restrictions. I don’t necessarily expect to have car cleaned, but my vehicle has not been returned to me like this on prior encounters. More

My first visit April 7,2020,Mr. Tim was very nice!! Such a pleasant environment.Staff was very friendly. I came to have an oil change. Waiting room was very comfortable!!
