I arrived at my appt at 2 and sat in the waiting area til 4:40 when i went to the cashier to check on my vehicle. She told me my paper work had just printed when the time on the printer was at 3:21. And the time of service complete on the paper work was 3:21. So i sat for an extra hour and 20 minutes. I called and left a message to discuss this issue over the phone and no one called me back as well as tried to call the next day and the phones rang and were never picked up. I am so disappointed that my time was not considered valuable enough and was treated so poorly. More

I've been dealing with Ray Brandt Infiniti now for 20yrs. I am on my third car and the service department is No. 1 in my book. We had a great salesman Thaddeus . He made sure that we were comfortable and explained everything to us. However, the deal took all day which was way too long. The deal also shot my credit by shopping arou were comfortable and explained everything to us. However, the deal took all day which was way too long. The deal also shot my credit by shopping around my loan without me knowing that it would get my credit each time. Ultimately Nissan, or Infiniti could have financed me from the beginning instead of destroying my credit. It took 6 weeks for them to pay off our trade in car which is unacceptable. More
