The oil change service was performed. Other service recommendations were made but due to time constraints and lack of a loaner prevented the additional services to be completed and were Other service recommendations were made but due to time constraints and lack of a loaner prevented the additional services to be completed and were declined. We will schedule the additional service items when 1) a loaner is available and 2) the sun visor is available. The issue we have is with the sun visor. We stated when we booked the appointment that the sun visor on the driver's side had failed. We have it tied up with a ribbon to prevent it from blocking the driver's view. This is the second time with the sun visor issue. It was noted that the sun visor needed replacement 3 weeks BEFORE the appointment, but the sun visor was not available at the time of the appointment. It appears that our service request was ignored. The sun visor had to be ordered. It will be 4 weeks on Monday December 12th since the appointment when the sun visor was supposedly ordered, and we have not heard anything about the status of the replacement visor. This leads me to wonder if the visor was actually ordered. The visor seems to be a problematic item for the QX60 since this is the second time, we have had this issue. This vehicle only has 63K miles on it! This is our 3rd Infiniti and we have had an Infiniti in our driveway since 1996. I'm starting to question the brand's quality and commitment to service because both areas have gone from stellar to lacking lately. I waited almost a month since ethe appointment to complete this survey hoping that the matter would be resolved so I could give a better review. I would appreciate an update on the status of the sun visor. More
Javier Salmeron and Ryan Weber together made a difficult situation manageable. My warranty had just run out and I needed a major repair. they worked hard to help discount the repair price.
