Great experience, having hesitation when starting the car. They checked everything and charged the battery. It seems to resolve the issue, the bed part was I wasn't charged anything. Your dealership has used Covid as an excuse, and I find that unacceptable. We have had more and more trouble with the 2018 qx 80. We have since traded it in for another vehicle. We intended to keep it longer, but the quality and service package was not up to par. More
