I’ve been dealing with Ray Brandt Infiniti for years as I’ve had 3 Infiniti’s in the past 10 years. In the last year every time I’ve had to bring my car in it’s been a problem. I literally wait for days I’ve had 3 Infiniti’s in the past 10 years. In the last year every time I’ve had to bring my car in it’s been a problem. I literally wait for days for someone to call me back; could be to check on the status of my car or to try to schedule service. I am seriously thinking of taking my car elsewhere. Ray Brandt Infiniti has gone way down in service in my opinion. At this point I would not recommend them. More
