Loaner car that smelled like Urine. I set up my appointment based on the availability of a loaner, first off I had my car serviced for one thing that I was told was the problem, and aft I set up my appointment based on the availability of a loaner, first off I had my car serviced for one thing that I was told was the problem, and after a week of being without my car the dealer calls me pick my car up and after only two days my car was doing the same thing, so I was told to bring my car back in. So once I returned my car to the dealership to fix the problem that was supposed to be fixed the first time, I received a car that smelled like Urine to me,so I went back to the dealership to explain to them that my loaner car had what I thought was a Urine smell and the service Guy told me that another customer left crawfish in the car on a hot day and they spoiled in the car. So I asked him can I be given a new car and he said that they didn't have no other cars available and if I wanted another car I would have to wait until the following Monday until one comes available, which was seven days away, so do to the fact that I wanted my car fixed i was stuck with a car that smelled like Urine on bourbon street.
