When I arrived with my car, he addressed my needs quickly, walked me to the lounge and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I ended up leaving with a loaner that day. Ryan stayed in contact with me. Upon my return, he got me back on the road quickly! He even followed up with a call to make sure everything was going well with the car. This was my first experience with Ray Brandt Infiniti and I was extremely impressed with the process. I trust you to take care of all of my Infiniti needs! Thanks for an awesome experience! More

Very misleading service advisors I brought my vehicle to be diagnosed because of the headlights not working properly. I was NOT charged a $150 diagnostic fee. The service advisor told I brought my vehicle to be diagnosed because of the headlights not working properly. I was NOT charged a $150 diagnostic fee. The service advisor told me that, "I'd be better off buying the headlight assembly online, because you're looking at over $1000." That's exactly what I did. Then, fast forward a few months later, I brought my vehicle in for a weird noise near the tire, the same advisor told me that from now on, I'll be charged $150 for all diagnosis given at the dealership, because they don't want people going out and finding a cheaper deal. I understand that and I get that, but HE'S THE IDIOT THAT SUGGESTED I DO THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE! He was misleading. Now, I don't ever want to deal with an Infiniti dealership. And I've had great experiences from Ray Brandt in the past, I've bought 2 vehicles from Ray Brandt, but this service advisor left a bad taste in my mouth. We trust our Service Advisors to give us the best information to keep our vehicles running great and to gives us a great value as well. I would continue going to Ray Brandt Infiniti, regardless of the price of my service if my advisor wouldn't have referred me to go online and not AUTOMATICALLY charge for service diagnosis. I've paid almost a thousand dollars before this foolishness. I rather pay where I know the work is guaranteed to be right, but not at the expense of being considered untrustworthy, unjustly. More
