Had routine oil change. One week later had a dead battery. Invoice showed it was checked and was fine. It wasn’t. It was very dead. I’m concerned now not knowing what else may not have actually been checked. I called twice for the service manager and never received a return call back. I have not had issues in the past until now. However, I will say they are terrible about returning calls for anything. I have to call multiple times just to schedule appointments for service. More

I took my car in for my rear passenger side window working intermittently. It would go up and down sometimes perfectly: but at other times it wouldn’t respond to the switches. This clearly indicated working intermittently. It would go up and down sometimes perfectly: but at other times it wouldn’t respond to the switches. This clearly indicated a switch problem. They changed the regulator, which was working fine whenever the switches engaged. I paid the 100 dollar deductible required by my Endurance car warranty. I pick up my car; and before I get to my home: I have the exact same problem. I bring it back to the dealership and they find that the switches are the problem; and charge me another 100 dollar deductible for a problem that they misdiagnosed in the first place. I have worked on cars enough to know when a regulator is bad; the windows don’t operate smoothly for any period of time. And worse than that. They didn’t check to make sure they were working before they released the car to me. So I guess the window switches went bad, within the 30 minutes after I left the dealership; and weren’t bad when they checked it. They obviously changed the wrong part and charged me another 100 dollars for their mistake. The staff was courteous and professional; but the service department did not get it right the first time. More
