Love the car but after we agreed upon a car and the price, I had to wait almost 2 hours in the room alone while my salesperson and manager found the car. We had a great salesman Thaddeus . He made sure that we were comfortable and explained everything to us. However, the deal took all day which was way too long. Ultimately Nissan, or Infiniti could have financed me from the beginning instead of destroying my credit. It took 6 weeks for them to pay off our trade in car which is unacceptable. More
