The Service Team, especially Tim was very professional, courteous and attentive to my needs. The only complaint I have, thats not an issue with the service representative or the team is the parts and labor is WAY OVER-PRICED....A air filter on Infiniti' s site cost $27 and the dealership charged $55 plus $50 to have it put in... I don't have a problem paying for what needs to be done, but just be reasonable.. Many people who may not have someone to do small simple jobs really are paying for so much more... I guess , maybe it could be because there is no competition in the area.. More
