I had nothing but issues with this dealership. I’ve tried to let them make it right but they don’t seem to be bothered. I can’t stand the car I bought. I went back in when there was 1200 miles on car and the to let them make it right but they don’t seem to be bothered. I can’t stand the car I bought. I went back in when there was 1200 miles on car and they wanted me to lose 20k on transaction. Sad that the depreciation is that bad. General smarmy attitude with the management. I was a Mercedes driver trying a new brand but boy I’m running back to Mercedes or possibly Bentley but boy these people as they don’t know how to treat a customer. I called to speak with general manager, he never was given my info I assume as the the sakes manger cooks care less. Terrible customer service. Don’t bother. More
