While John was great, the Infiniti process and team was atrocious. Our repairs took months. Infiniti first told us our repairs were covered by warrant and then Infiniti denied responsibility for the repair More

Zero communication. .. Had the vehicle a month. No one ever communicated they believed the vehicle had prior damage. I won't recommend RB Collision. More
