Very professional and friendly. The salesperson was very accommodating in selling the car. I didn’t have a car he went out of his way and picked me up. accommodating in selling the car. I didn’t have a car he went out of his way and picked me up. More

They were thorough in contacting me when I showed interest in one of the vehicles, and although I wasn’t able to follow through, they were kind and understanding on their part. A couple of years ago, I brought my car in for a leaking sunroof. The tubing was repaired at a cost of $900+. I returned last year because sunroof was now leaking on opposite side, another $900+. Obviously, sunroof. The tubing was repaired at a cost of $900+. I returned last year because sunroof was now leaking on opposite side, another $900+. Obviously, the problem wasn't properly fixed the first time. After picking my car up the 2nd time, the engine was bucking and "hot". I hadn't yet driven a mile from the dealership! I didn't have that problem when I brought the car in for the sunroof repair. Apparently, the dealership didn't take the car for a trial run after the repair. Had to pull over on side of the road w/emergency lights on, called dealership and told them I was turning around and bringing car back in. I was told the engine was hot. I didn't know why because I had only made it about 10 blocks from dealership. At that point, I was told I would have to have parts of the engine replaced, but I would only be charged for the parts, not the labor. Another $900+!!!! Needless to say, I was NOT happy! I have an EX 35, bought new and it doesn't even have 35,000 miles on it! People that work at the dealership have always been pleasant with me. The dealership did give me a loaner and they provided snacks, drinks and will wash your car for free. I just felt that in this service visit, they sent me out on the road in an unsafe vehicle and I'm lucky I didn't get in an accident. I don't think I should have had to pay to fix something that wasn't broken when I brought it in. More
