I have been a Ray Brandt Infiniti of Metairie customer for over 24 years. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with service. Very pleased! My rep (Gary) came in sick just to explain to the shop the new problems with my car. He also found me a loaner vehicle so I could return the rental I had. I am ver grateful.
