Took weeks before theyvlooked at car. Had it confused as a hybrid car smfrom someone else. Still hzve iisues with car not fixed. While John was great, the Infiniti process and team was atrocious. Our repairs took months. Infiniti first told us our repairs were covered by warrant and then Infiniti denied responsibility for the repair atrocious. Our repairs took months.
