Very Poor communication services. My vehicle was at Ray Brandt’s from March 29 until April 23 with me having to call every week for an update. I love going to Ray Brandt's service center. My lower rating is because when I arrived to pay for my repair I was charged an added 3.5% fee for using a credit card. I was not notified prior to arriving to make payment and pick up my vehicle. . I was not notified that there would be a fee prior to arrival if using a credit card. I have used this service department for 10 years, and have always paid with a credit card. A policy change like this should be texted along with repairs recommended. More
