This dealership doesn't even deserve one star. The Ray Brandt Infiniti staff has the worse customer service I've ever experienced. If a customer has an issue, they do not care, ignore you and the The Ray Brandt Infiniti staff has the worse customer service I've ever experienced. As a result of their unwillingness to assist me with a major issue with the defective new car that was sold to me, I had to retain an Attorney to assist. Not to mention the fact that this was my second vehicle purchase from Ray Brandt Infiniti. They treated me like I was a burden and showed no concern with the fact that I was sold a lemon; a vehicle that had a major issue from day two following my purchase that they were unable to repair after four attempts. I would not recommend this dealership to any customer as they do not value your business or loyalty. THEY ARE THE WORST!!!! More
