My lease was coming to an end and I called to get info on the payout since I intended to purchase my 2019 QX50. Mr. Williams convinced me to purchase the wheel and tire protection as well as the appearance protection. He gave me the purchase agreement to take to my credit union. I returned the next day with a check to purchase my car. I told them I would return the following week to have the protective finishes on the interior and exterior. When I returned I met Mr. Arnold and he took my keys and said he would call when my car was ready. My experience with Mr. Williams and Mr. Arnold far exceeded my expectations.
