My 2012 G25 was towed to the dealership on 12/27/22. An alternator and belt was installed and picked up on 01/07/23. On Tuesday 01/10/23 the G25 was returned for same issue. Picked up on 01/20/23 with An alternator and belt was installed and picked up on 01/07/23. On Tuesday 01/10/23 the G25 was returned for same issue. Picked up on 01/20/23 with second replaced alternator. The issue is the service advisor not returning my phone calls to check on the repair status. I went to the dealership to see John Daigle as tp why he did not retuned my calls so I could know the status. When he checked it was received and no one communicated with each other to install the second one. A day later after I picked up the car he called retuning my message that was never done. What a communication problem. More
