My experience with Ray Brandt about 4 months ago was horrendous when Ai brought my 2014 QX60 in for a transmission replacement. I was not going to give Ray Brandt anymore business. However I decided horrendous when Ai brought my 2014 QX60 in for a transmission replacement. I was not going to give Ray Brandt anymore business. However I decided to give them another try for routine maintenance service on my new QX60. I must say I was pleasantly impressed with Gary. Although we didn't talk much, he got my vehicle to the shop and I was out in less than 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I will be back for my next maintenance interval. More
