Not My First Visit, But By Far My Worst Visit I regularly have my vehicle serviced at this location. This was the first time time I’ve ever had the associate working with me refer to me as ‘dude’ I regularly have my vehicle serviced at this location. This was the first time time I’ve ever had the associate working with me refer to me as ‘dude’ with such familiarity and regularity. I don’t feel the need to be pandered to, but it was particularly disturbing and disappointing considering that when you invest in any luxury brand, you expect a higher level service. Additionally, I felt that the gentleman was overly aggressive in trying to persuade me to have my cabin and engine air filters changed; again referring to me as ‘dude’. The total cost for air filters is $35. The charge at the service center was $180. I think it’s a reasonable pass. Other than that, I love the dealership and service center. I think the standard should be adhered to for all customers. More
