Good Customer Service, but Questioning the Techs My A/C went out at 73,960 miles and it was diagnosed as a broken A/C. So I purchased a new A/C for $2,420. Then after less than 200 miles I started My A/C went out at 73,960 miles and it was diagnosed as a broken A/C. So I purchased a new A/C for $2,420. Then after less than 200 miles I started having the same problem. It turns out that the computer turns off the A/C when the car's overheating; however, it does not notify the driver that it did that. The next time it happened, fortunately, the A/C shutdown wasn't enough to compensate for the overheating and it was evident from the engine temperature gauge. So Infiniti diagnosed it as the thermostat. So I purchased a new thermostat for 451. That was at 74,205 miles. I'm at 74,333 miles now and the car just overheated. Besides the clear incompetence of the technician to diagnose the problem on their own product, the service staff is great. More
