They were awesome! I got there late and they took care of everything and washed my car. I thought I just needed air, but had a screw in my tire. They patched it, changed I got there late and they took care of everything and washed my car. I thought I just needed air, but had a screw in my tire. Execptional Service I was first greeted upon my arrival with a smile, and then to have both Tim and Javier to ask was someone helping me or what can we do to assist that I was first greeted upon my arrival with a smile, and then to have both Tim and Javier to ask was someone helping me or what can we do to assist that's a WOW factor. I can to have my Oil change. Upon completion of my service Tim clearly took the time to go over and explain what recommended services I need to have done along with the cost. The TRUST that I have grown with this service adviser over the years let me tell you I can appreciate him always gong over and beyond to exceed my expectation. to some it up in one word Exceptional !!!!!!!!!!!! My windshield wipers are new & not streaking as the service report indicated... I replaced those in the last month or so ;-) But, The rear wiper is shot~ it is past streaking!! -I will get that & the tire done ASAP.
