I received terrible service at Infiniti of BR. Infiniti of BR tried to charge me $600 for repairs that Ray Brandt found were under warranty. Unfortunately I bought my QX80 from Infiniti of BR but Infiniti of BR tried to charge me $600 for repairs that Ray Brandt found were under warranty. Unfortunately I bought my QX80 from Infiniti of BR but I will drive over an hour to Ray Brandt for service. I took my truck to Infiniti of BR 5 different times within a 2 month period, leaving it for days at a time and they never could figure out what was wrong with it. The mechanic at Ray Brandt knew what the issue was before even hearing my truck. He stood outside when I put it into gear and immediately knew what it was and how to fix it. Infiniti of BR kept trying to convince me that it was a normal popping noise and if i wanted them to make it stop popping I would have to pay for it. Not only will I never go back to Infiniti of BR but I will also tell everyone to not go to Infiniti of BR. I had to get Infiniti consumer affairs involved and thankfully David Jones at Ray Brandt handled my repairs like a pro! More
