Excellent with a little work This is our third santa fe, I was told my wife wasn't on the previous lease when she was. I signed paperwork on 28 March, said we would take delivery This is our third santa fe, I was told my wife wasn't on the previous lease when she was. I signed paperwork on 28 March, said we would take delivery on the 29th. I called to let them know the 29th wouldn't work and that we would take delivery on 1 Apr. We had to wait an hour and a half for the vehicle to be ready and it still wasn't quite right. I understand it was a demo but they had four days to get it right. We will continue to do business the dealership but a little more attention to detail would go a long way. I'm writing this to be constructive and in no way would like to see anyone in trouble. Nobody is perfect. More

Oh yea I told him our credit went downhill because of the accident. So me and wife got dressed and hurried up went down there kept my promise. Started the paper work he said give him 20 minutes. Then he comes back and says do you have $500 I said no then asked $100 no again. Then he said can I get you a personal loan, I don't need another bill. Drove off the lot wife was very upset she has 10 years at Hard Rock. In my world when I guarantee something I stick to my word. I am a war time Veteran.
