I recently bought a used vehicle from this dealer. OK deal, although I did have to point out a nail in a front tire. After signing the paperwork and taking the key, I asked for the second key and fob. I deal, although I did have to point out a nail in a front tire. After signing the paperwork and taking the key, I asked for the second key and fob. I was told that maybe it was in the back or misplaced, but they would call me. No call, and no replies to my messages. Finally caught the manager, who said they did not have it, but would check with the previous owner. Again, no call, no replies. Since a replacement runs about $300 - and cars come with two keys - I left a final message asking that their sister Toyota dealership just make one for me at no cost. Of course, no reply. Very unprofessional salesman and manager, and no more business from me. More

Vehicle, from Allen Hyundai salesman told me the car was great shape on the phone, I asked why only one side of the vehicle is pictured online fair. I drove 85 miles to view the car and found out the vehicle had a major accident, could not open the door, right front quarter panel was destroyed... I told him no thanks, but he insisted and showed me other cars, baited me in and switched me, then he turned me to the used car salesman, both ganging up on me telling me the vehicle has thousands of dollars in repairs from the shop, 21 point inspection perfect mechanically, and the dent only would cost 500, he had a friend that could fix it...They finally convinced me to buy the car, but the next morning I crank up the vehicle and the Service Engine Light come on, the belts started squeaking, I was in shock, called the dealer immediately asked for my trade in back, and discussed the lies the salesman told me to managers, they told me to fly a kite, I am an owner...And refused to give back my trade...I wrote emails to the owners and they all were rude and refused to fix the car, or give back my trade.. Bottom line the salesman and managers lied to make a sale...And the owners are just as bad, insulting me, making harsh comments about me personally. i would not recommend buying from Allen Hyundai or Allen Toyota... More
Talked with Charlie on the phone and he was very nice and was not pushy at all. We drove about 150 miles to look at the Hyundai Sonata we talked about over the phone.
