new car purchase I absolutely hate to shop for a car and had been driving the same vehicle for better than eleven years (3 without the AC working). We stopped in to l I absolutely hate to shop for a car and had been driving the same vehicle for better than eleven years (3 without the AC working). We stopped in to look and let Josh know up front that we probably would not purchase a vehicle that day. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He patiently waited while my husband compared two vehicles in the sweltering heat. In the end the total time spent at the dealership was less than three hours from looking to finalizing the purchase of a new Sante fe Sport. I was pleasantly surprised how efficient all aspects of the car buying experience were. Before we left with our new car Gary patiently explained how to work all of the bells and whistles that the vehicle has and set up our phones on the Bluelink, as well as setting up an online account for us on the Hyundai website. I don't think of car shopping as an unpleasant experience anymore. More
